A number of our Associates are specialists in adult education, communications and training, as well as in local government, and we provide general and tailored courses for candidates and councillors, mentoring and coaching for councillors in particular roles, skills workshops and facilitation of group away days.

Using a range of techniques, including drama, our events are enjoyable and interactive ways to discover more about the varied roles of a councillor. A weekend residential course has been delivered at Ruskin College Oxford and we tailor courses to particular client groups or groups of authorities, holding them on-site or at interesting locations such as museums, gardens or country hotels.

We also organise events including conferences, summits, seminars and forums, tailored to your requirements.
